Do you provide your own cleaning agents/vacuum?
Yes, we provide cleaners and any necessary equipment used to complete the job. If you have a cleaning agent that you’d like us to use, simply let us know. We want you to be completely stress free by providing everything with a trustworthy cleaning company.
Can I get a quote over the phone?
We don’t offer formal quotes over the phone, we offer FREE estimates and like to meet you at your home as every home is different. We base our formal estimates on size, pets, distance and desires needed or expected.
How much do you charge?
Every home/office is different, so we always offer a FREE estimate, where we discuss your needs and desires. From there we customize a cleaning plan from one of the packages offered that fits not only your needs, but your budget as well. It’s painless and usually takes about 10-15 minutes.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer referral discounts for every successful referral you’ve referred. We want to show our appreciation to our current clientele, by offering discounts for spreading the word about us and supporting small businesses. We also offer military and first responder discounts with valid picture ID.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your home cleaning, call us within 24 hours of your home cleaning, we will return and make it right!! We value our clients and want you completely satisfied with your home or office cleaning.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates. Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion! Pamper a loved one or friend by having their home cleaned by the best trustworthy professionals!
How many maids will be at my home?
We have detailed teams of two for most homes, however we bring in reinforcement for larger homes/offices.
Will I have the same maids every cleaning?
Yes, we like to build a strong trusting relationship with our clients. We want you to feel comfortable with the same team, every clean!
Are you insured? Are your maids insured?
Yes we are insured! All staff are insured by us as well. You are not liable for any injuries that may happen while cleaning your home. Our limited liability insurance covers your home for any work-related accidents that may occur also. We’ve got you covered!
Our safety policy
We value our employees and their safety is very important to us! To avoid injury or illness, our employees are not to clean any feces, urine, vomit and blood from any human or pet. If the employee feels like their health is endanger, they are to leave the job site immediately. Client is still responsible for full cost of the home cleaning.
Can I cancel a scheduled cleaning?
Absolutely! We know things come up! However, if it’s a repetitive practice to cancel without ample notice, fees may be applied/charged.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
No, many of our clients, leave us with a key and or code to get in. Everything is secured and locked when we are finished. The key is turned in at the end of the work day and is secured until the next scheduled cleaning.
I have pets, does this cost more?
Typically, not, depending on the severity we always like to meet the pets at the initial estimate. We request any aggressive or unpredictable pets, be caged/penned prior to our arrival.
